This is a BigDolphin adjustable bed safety rail (Model GL07) rated for up to 400 lbs, designed to sit between the mattress and box spring to help prevent falls for elderly or mobility-limited users. It features a curved ergonomic handle, anti-slip foam padding, adjustable height and length to fit Twin through King beds (not adjustable beds), and comes with a small storage pouch.
