We open every box, literally. Our team checks what's actually inside, photographs each product by hand and scores its condition on five facets: cosmetic, functional, completeness, cleanliness and packaging. Some items get a full functional inspection, and that report is published on the listing.
Items that don't make the cut aren't sold. They're donated or recycled.

Our inspection process
A return can be unopened, lightly used or missing a part. We look at the individual item and tell you what we find. Every item gets a rating; some also receive full functional testing.
What is actually in the box
We open each box and photograph the actual item. The listing shows what is included and the condition we observed, so you can look at the product you will receive before you decide.

How the condition sets the price
Five facets set it, with the item’s current retail price: cosmetic condition, function, completeness, cleanliness and packaging. Review the photos and the facet scores to see exactly what you are buying.
A unit with a major fault or a missing core part is marked Final sale before checkout.
Testing with a report you can read
Items with the Inspected mark go through additional hands-on testing. A technician checks function and completeness, scores the five facets and publishes the inspection report on the listing.
The Inspected mark tells you when a person scored the facets and documented the testing.

Rates are per item, so the cheapest way to ship is to fill the cart. One box or three, the whole order ships free once it clears the threshold, and your cart shows how close you are the whole way there.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy a coming soon item?
Not yet. A coming soon item shows its price and details, and the buy actions turn on when we release it. In the meantime you can save it or request an inspection, and both are waiting in your account when it goes on sale.
Are these items used?
Some are, most barely. Each listing describes the actual item’s condition, with inspection findings where available. Many returns were never even opened.
Why is everything a fixed price right now?
Fixed prices and offers are available now. Most items are priced around half their actual retail price, with deeper discounts based on condition. Scheduled price drops are coming in November 2026.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Every listing has a Make offer button next to Buy now. Sign in, name your price, and a person on our team reviews it. We can accept, counter or decline, and an accepted offer holds that price until it expires. One offer per item.
What is Bidvana Rewards?
Every account gets Bidvana Rewards at 1 point per dollar (1% back) on eligible purchases. 100 points is $1.00 in store credit, posted after the return window closes.
What does the Inspected mark mean?
That the product went through our bench: photographed, checked for completeness, and its five condition facets scored by a technician, with the full report published on the product page. There are no inspection tiers; an item either went through the bench or it didn't. Items without the mark carry our pre-inspection assessment from the seller's manifest, which we stand behind the same way.
How does my order get to me?
We deliver everything to your door. Right now that covers the Charlotte area. Orders leave our Charlotte warehouse and arrive in 3 to 5 business days, with tracking by email. There is no pickup counter and no meetup to arrange.

Right now we deliver in the Charlotte area. If you are outside it, leave your email on our delivery area page and we will tell you when we reach you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is priced per item, by size: starting at $3 small, starting at $5 medium, starting at $10 large, and starting at $20 oversized. Final shipping and availability are confirmed for your address at checkout. Free shipping on orders of $250 or more, however many items are in it, so the cheapest way to ship is to fill the cart.
What if my item arrives broken or not as described?
If it is not as described, that is on us. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return for a full refund. A unit with a major fault or a missing core part is sold final sale, marked Final sale everywhere it appears and spelled out before checkout.
What if I spot a mistake in a listing?
Send our support team the listing link, what looks wrong and any details that help us check it. We review reports about descriptions, photos, condition and prices, update verified errors and award Bidvana points for corrections that help improve the listing. Include the email on your Bidvana account so we can credit you.
What happens to items that fail inspection?
We don't list them. Units that don't meet our bar are donated rather than resold. You'll never unbox something we wouldn't have kept.
