Right now our team is working through the first 100 items: opening each box, testing what can be tested, photographing the actual item and writing down its condition honestly, including the parts nobody likes to mention.

We open every box. Our team checks what's actually inside, photographs each product by hand and assigns it one honest condition rating. Some items get a full functional inspection, and that report is published on the listing.
Items that don't make the cut aren't resold. They're donated or recycled.

Each product is listed on its own, with its real photos, its rating and its price out in the open. Prices step down on a schedule until someone buys. Once it sells, it's gone.

Every unit gets one condition rating, written by the person who held it. If what arrives is in worse shape than we described, return it for a refund or keep it and we make the price right. Your call.
30-day money-back promise
If we graded the item incorrectly or missed something during inspection, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
