Amazon returns for sale in Charlotte

48 items. 6 for sale now. One real unit each, at a fixed soft-launch price.

Bidvana buys customer returns and overstock from major online retailers, and Amazon returns are the bulk of what we get. The pallets reach us through liquidation channels, sealed and unsorted, the way every reseller receives them.

The difference is what happens next. We open every box in our Charlotte, North Carolina warehouse, check what is actually inside, photograph it, and record its cosmetic condition, function, completeness, cleanliness and packaging. Nothing goes up for sale as a mystery box or an untested pallet.

Each listing is one real unit at one fixed price, deeply discounted for our soft launch and set against real retail. If you want it for less, make an offer and our team will review it. Returns for inaccurate condition descriptions or inspection reports are open for 3 days after delivery, except on a unit marked Final sale.

Questions people ask

Where do these Amazon returns come from?

From liquidation channels that sell retailer return and overstock inventory in bulk. Bidvana is an independent reseller in Charlotte, NC. We are not affiliated with Amazon, and we do not claim to be.

Are the items tested before they are listed?

Every unit is opened, checked for completeness and photographed. Items that go through our inspection bench carry an Inspected mark and a published report with all five facet scores. Items that do not carry our pre-inspection assessment instead, and the listing says which one it is.

How do I get my Amazon return once I buy it?

We deliver it to your door from Charlotte, NC. Shipping is a flat rate per item by size, and orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free.

What if the item is not what the listing said?

Then we scored it wrong. Send it back within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. The one exception is a unit with a major fault or a missing core part, which is sold final sale and labelled that way everywhere it appears.
